The arrangements for the 2021 Championships had to differ in various ways from those of previous seasons:

• The Stadium limited the number on site at any time to 400. To fit in with this:

  • All U13 and U15 events were held between 10.30 and 13.15
  •  
  • By this time all U13/U15 athletes and their parents / carers had to leave the arena via the exit by the Exeter Harriers clubhouse.
  •  
  • From 13.20, athletes U17 and upwards (and parents / carers where applicable) were allowed to enter the stadium by the entrance just west of the normal customer / spectator entrance.

• Entries closed on July 4th (midnight).
•  
• Track events: Entrants needed to achieve the Standards
  • (there may be a place for one County athlete close to the standard: consult your County's Team Manager).

• Field events: Entrants must have achieved the Standards.
  •  
  • High Jump / Pole Vault: Maximum 7 Trials (or three successive failures)
  •  
  • Other events: for U13s / U15s: 3 Trials. U17s / U20s / Seniors: 4 trials
