The 2022 London Mini-Marathon races were held on (i.e. the day before the main London Marathon day, over the last part of the London Marathon course. There were races with selected teams from London Boroughs and various regions of the UK, and at U13G/U15G/U17W/U13B/U15B/U17M level.

A Trials event was held on Sunday 21st August at Taunton, with the first four competitors in each gender/age category gaining automatic selection. The remaining two team places and reserves were decided by a Selectors' meeting via Zoom.
