Annual Record of Experience ("Form 10")

In September of each year, athletics officials of whatever level and discipline need to send in records of their officiating activities during the previous winter and summer seasons. Anyone who has had to take a "time-out" from officiating is asked to send in a "Nil Return" -- after three years of not hearing from you, England Athletics are liable to assume that you no longer officiate, and you will lose all the qualifications you worked so hard to gain.

You can either insert your details using a word-processor and attach the document to an e-mail to the appropriate person, or print it off for manual completion and posting.

  • Track and Field Officials:
    • Assistant Officials; Levels 1 , 2 and 3: if using e-mail, send the form to Ray Gooding. For "snail-mail" users: Ray's address is intentionally not given here (for reasons most local officials will appreciate) but your club secretary or officials secretary should be able to provide it for you. In case of difficulty post the form to John Deaton (Avon AA Secretary), 14 Tamworth Drive, Shaw, Swindon SN5 5QG, and he will forward it.
    • Level 4 upwards, and Level 3's considering going for upgrading: if using e-mail, send the form to Ray and to Barry Parker or post it to Barry Parker, 26 Field Drive, Alvaston, Derby DE24 0HF. (awaiting possible new name/destination for 2017)
  • Endurance Officials
    • Current Level 3's are asked to send their form to Ray and to Paul Ross; other Level 2's to Ray Gooding
