Annual Record of Experience ("Form 10")

In September of each year, athletics officials of whatever level and discipline need to send in records of their officiating activities during the previous winter and summer seasons. Anyone who has had to take a "time-out" from officiating is asked to send in a "Nil Return" -- after three years of not hearing from you, England Athletics are liable to assume that you no longer officiate, and you will lose all the qualifications you worked so hard to gain.

The required spreadsheet (.xlsx format) can be found Here. Please complete separate forms if you work on both T&F and Endurance. You can either insert your details using a word-processor and attach the document to an e-mail to the appropriate person, or print it off for manual completion and posting.

Alternatively, enter the details via the UKA MyAthletics Portal.

Please Note: any official seeking promotion (including from Unqualified to Level 1) will need to make some sort of entry in the "What Did I Learn?" column.
