  • South-West Inter-Counties T&F Championships

    • The 2023 Championships were held on Sunday 30th July at Exeter. Team scores will be available shortly.

    • The results of last season's event (and for several previous years) can be found at our Results Archive Page

    • Who normally competes? U13/U15/U17/U20/Senior athletes for each gender. Please note that Entry Standards are in force -- and there were some athletes without the standard whose entries have been rejected. On all SW Championships events, winter and summer, the entry closing dates are strictly enforced.

  • UK CAU Inter-Counties Track and Field Championships

    • When? The 2023 event did not take place (largely organisational difficulties). For 2024: -- let's see.
    •  
    • Arrangements: Avon enter a joint team with the Somerset AA
    •  
    • Who Competes? Senior Men and Senior Women events only. There are stiff entry standards (which should be on the Entries website nearer the time). Avon/Somerset participation is inevitably limited. Under-20's may compete but must meet Senior standards and compete under Senior conditions.

    • The combined County is allowed only two competitors per event, even if more have achieved the standard. Only the top eight finishers will score team points.
